I recommend reading this book

From my point of view I would recommend reading this book, it is oriented above all to be able to recover our capital, the issue of collections is not to fight or discuss with our clients, it is to be able to provide them with the necessary tools first so as not to fall in collections or otherwise; How to get out of it, this book seemed really good to me since I realized the help it provides to companies, given that its approach is aimed at industries and contains advice that we could apply to ourselves, it is a material that has a great added value that will not make you learn a different world from the collections that are so interesting and how we can face them without difficulty and learning from them.
